Music Away Days in a Real Recording Studio, and Music Lessons for Your Staff

For London teams who want a day that's properly different, we now run music away days at Snug Creative Hub in Aldershot: a custom-built studio run by musicians, for musicians.

Your team picks up real instruments, writes and rehearses together, then records the result. No experience needed.

What a studio away day can include

  • Forming bands and learning a song together

  • Writing your own company anthem around your values

  • Recording the finished track in the studio, so everyone leaves with it

  • A format built around your group and your objectives

Music lessons for your staff

Some of your people have always wanted to play. Others played years ago and would like to get back into it. We run instrumental lessons for staff in small groups or one-to-one, at your office or at our Aldershot studio, as a weekly course or a short block.

  • Real instruments, including guitar, bass, drums, keys and singing

  • Complete beginners to returning players

  • Sessions arranged around working hours

  • Optional Trinity Rock & Pop graded exams at our accredited centre (Centre 66105)

Why CMD

  • Every session is designed around your people and your goals, not a stock package

  • Led by Steven Sammut, a music educator who has run CMD for over 20 years

  • Real instruments, professional musicians and a real recording studio
