At Coroporate Music Development we will work with you to tailor a team building package that suits your companies needs. As every company has different needs/requirements you will need to contact us for a quotation. Quotations are usually based on number of participants, location and additional services required.

How does it work?

Through the simple process of teaching complete beginners to play an instrument and then perform together as a band, we have found that teams have emerged with better communication skills, a greater understanding of each other and improved motivation as a team. Just as important, they've had a great time. We recommend keeping the theme of the development activity known only to the organiser as experience has shown this provides the greatest developmental impact and increased energy within the team environment.

Our programs are extremely versatile and are suitable for small teams of eight up to teams of 100+. They can be adapted to suit  Senior Management Teams with structured evaluation or larger groups of teachers and/or pupils focussing on collaboration and effective communication.
