What we collect

When you complete our enquiry form we collect your name, work email address and organisation and, if you choose, your job title and telephone number.

We also collect the details you give us about your event: participant numbers, date, location, objectives, preferred experience, budget and any practical or accessibility requirements you choose to share. Please do not include detailed health or medical information in a general enquiry.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements and prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Marketing

We will only send you news or marketing emails if you tick the optional consent box. You can unsubscribe at any time, or email us and we will stop.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. It is held by our website and email providers (including Wix), who process it on our behalf. We only share it with others where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted after 24 months. Records relating to events we deliver are kept for as long as needed for contractual and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw your marketing consent by emailing steve@rockandpopfoundation.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
